1. Package includes Grotto ticket per child - Each ticket includes one child entry to the Grotto to meet Santa, one free gift suitable for young children, one hot chocolate and one ride on Alice in Wonderland. Each child may be accompanied by a maximum of two adults per booking.
2. Additional adults must pay the entry fee of £5.00.
3. Time slots are in 30 minute intervals, you will see Santa within this time and still be able to explore the Grotto and other experiences. 
4. The Alice in Wonderland Ride is subject to operational availability, and height restrictions. Minimum height 117cm.
5. Supplements apply for third child occupancy and deluxe room upgrades.
6. Full payment is required at the time of reservation which is non-refundable and non-transferable. Amendment and/or cancellation is not possible.
7. Must be reserved a minimum of three days prior to arrival date, subject to availability.
